Private Lessons

Private lessons are a perfect setting if you are new to yoga or want to focus and further develop certain areas of your practice. Bethany’s methodology is a hybrid approach between Integrative Yoga and SomaYoga, but sessions are completely catered to you and your goals. We focus on small movement and breath awareness to create a feeling of balance between mobility and stability. Private sessions provide tools for a growing practice at home or in the community, as well as bring yogic applications to everyday life.

An initial interview will take place to ensure we are a compatible match for your goals. Prior to our first session, you’ll complete an intake form for me to fully understand your goals and health history.

Rates are as follows:

  • First session (90-minutes) is $90, which includes review of intake form, 60-minute session, debrief, and establishment of next steps including exercises to practice at home. Secondary package options include:

    • Single private 60-minute session is $65

    • Three private 60-minute sessions for $180 (a $15 savings)

    • Five private 60-minute sessions for $290 (a $35 savings)

Community Classes and Events

Bethany leads her mixed-level community classes by directly reflecting what she has experienced throughout her journey with a goal of others experiencing the same benefits of yoga on the mind, body, and spirit. Bethany enjoys sharing Integrative Yoga and SomaYoga methodologies with her students to help make life more enjoyable and have better general wellness. Office-Based Special Events

Many people go through their lives on autopilot, so absorbed in routine and obligations that they really never notice where they are, how they feel, or what they are doing. In our technologically forward, fast-paced lifestyles, yoga and mindfulness offers a concentrated focus to balance our scattered thoughts and actions. Bethany hosts sessions for businesses to offer employees or special groups to improve focus and productivity, as well as reduce stress. Session examples include chair yoga, mindful eating, children’s yoga, vision board sessions, and in-person or virtual meditations.
