Mondays can be hard. Re-focus your body and mind during this 45 minute mid-Monday movement class. Dial in from your desk and move from a chair, or step away and join me on your mat.
Suitable for all levels of yogis. Recommended props to bring would be a mat, chair, yoga strap or similar, and a block or similar.
Virtual availability only. Registration is required as Zoom details to be sent prior to class. Registration via Venmo (@BethanyGrabe) is also available, but please include attendance date in transaction.
