Bethany combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and other yogic pholosphies into a complete package for therapeutic sessions.

  • Regular private yoga sessions are a pretty special time for self-discovery, particularly for those looking to decrease stress or pain, as well as get back “in touch.” My methodology is a hybrid approach between SomaYoga and more traditional Hatha yoga, but sessions are completely catered to you and your goals.

    We focus on small movement and breath awareness to create a feeling of balance between mobility and strength to find stability in many areas in life.

Bethany hosts sessions to offer teams or special groups to live with more ease, which can be applied to every day activities like work and home life.
